WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
You. As Heartsy. Surviving while scoring points, as many as you can.  
To do that you have to choose from 4 hearts:-

1st heart - gives you 1 pt, keeps you alive.
2nd heart - takes 1 pt, but you'll still be alive.
3rd heart - doubles your current pt(s), also keeps you alive.
4th heart - kills you.

You won't know which is which, of course.

Choose a heart. 
Get to it before the countdown reaches zero. 
Watch out for those rotating gears.

Try not to get 0.

CONTROL:
Right-handed : Use the Up, Down, Left and Right arrow keys to navigate.
Left-handed : Use the W,A,S,D keys to navigate.
